I'm Amy - a qualified personal trainer based in Logan City, Brisbane. Before UGC, I spent five-plus years in fitness industry sales, followed by another five-plus years in sales and marketing across other industries - which means I understand exactly what moves someone from curious to convinced. I bring that same commercial instinct to every piece of content I create, for wellness, fitness, natural product and eco-conscious brands who want content that feels real and performs.
